When we come out and complete a home inspection, it's a very thorough process. We go through everything available - we test out the doors, windows, electrical system, outlets, light switches, major mechanical systems, appliances, exterior, interior, roof structure, foundation, garage, attic, basements, crawlspace, and structure. Everything that can be looked at is looked at, tested, inspected, and documented in your personalized report.

Our reports are just as thorough as our inspection, but we make it easy for you to understand with pictures, comments, and recommendations. These reports are digital and are available the same day as your inspection!
