Pest and Wood Destroying Insect Inspections

Pests can be a real pain to deal with, especially if you don't know they are there. When most people think of a pest in their home, it is a mouse or house ants, which is an annoyance and potentially dangerous, but the pests that cause the real damage can be silent home killers.

These often unseen pests, like termites and carpenter ants, are wood-destroying insects that can really ruin the structure of your home. Since these types of pests live in your home without being seen, they can do a lot of damage.

While we do inspect for pests during the general inspection, we offer additional pest services that are specifically focused on finding the wood-destroying types of pests.

How Does the Pest Inspection Work?

Our highly experienced inspector will inspect the outside and the inside of the home and structural components on the property. They are going to be looking for any kind of evidence that might suggest a pest is present.

Pest inspections usually take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to complete, but each inspection time can vary depending on the size of the home and the findings.

Same Day Reports

For pest inspections, a full report is mandated by the state and by some insurers, but we always provide our customers with easy to ready comprehensive reports for any of our services.

The report will tell you exactly what parts of the property were inspected, if we found any evidence of pests, photos, comments, and professional recommendations.
